Alyssa Klaess is from Belhaven, North Carolina. She is a Public Health major with a minor in Communications. In the future, Alyssa plans to become a speech language pathologist with a focus in children. Alyssa is a part of Alpha ‘19. She is currently serves as our Community Service Chair. She is also a member of Eta Sigma Gamma public health honors society and the COOL team on campus.
According to Alyssa, “I love Coastal because, being from a small town in North Carolina, I wanted to have a community that would be my home away from home. From the moment I stepped foot on Coastal’s campus I knew instantly this was where I wanted to go. From the library to Coastal football games, coastal has become my home.”
FUN FACT: She’s traveled to Germany, Austria and Italy!
#WHYADPI - “I can honestly say the bond that this sisterhood has is my favorite thing about ADPi. Seeing sisters on and off campus is the highlight of my day. Knowing that each sister will go out of their way to check up on you or just to catch up shows how strong our sisterhood is. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without ADPi.”
Hailey Oldfield is from Union, Kentucky. She is a Marine Science major with a minor in both Environmental Studies & Scientific Computing. In the future, Hailey plans to work for the EPA and hopes to participate in the research of climate change and its impact on marine ecology.
She states “I am extremely interested in environmental sustainability, so I would love to have a career that fulfills that passion—whatever it may look like. “ Hailey is a part of Alpha ‘19. She is the Recruitment Analyst on our recruitment and Marketing Team. According to Hailey, “I chose Coastal because coming from out-of-state, Coastal has provided me a home and a place to cultivate my love for learning. Professors at Coastal are truly passionate about what they teach, and that energy makes me excited for class every day.”
FUN FACTS: She has 5 plants that she is very obsessed with, and is on the United States Top 10 leaderboard for Candy Crush.

Jenna Dispenziere is from Sandyston, NJ. She is a Graphic Design major with a minor in Marketing. Jenna is a part of Alpha ‘20. She is Theta Beta's Director of Academic Affairs. According to Jenna, “I chose Coastal for many reasons, the weather obviously, it’s snowing in my hometown right now probably. My favorite thing about going to coastal is that I have been coming to South Carolina every summer since I was a kid so it has always been my home away from home !”
